<\/br>Serve Your Followers<\/strong><\/span> Jesus washed His disciples\u2019 feet, taking the lowest role. Leaders like Jesus empower others and serve behind the scenes, meeting real needs without expecting anything in return.
<\/br>Correct with Kindness<\/strong><\/span> When Peter misunderstood or made mistakes, Jesus corrected him gently. Good leaders offer feedback with grace, building up rather than tearing down.
