Do you ever feel worn out—physically, emotionally, or spiritually? Seasons of weakness are a part of every believer’s journey. The good news is, God never expects us to find strength on our own. Again and again, His Word assures us that He is our strength, our help, and our sustainer—especially when we have nothing left to give.

Strength for the Weary

God says, “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand” (Isaiah 41:10, NASB). In your moments of exhaustion, when you can’t see a way forward, He promises to hold you up.

We all face challenges that are bigger than us. But God delights to show His strength in our weakness. “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness” (2 Corinthians 12:9, NIV). You don’t have to hide your struggles—bring them to Jesus, and watch how He meets you right where you are.

Strength to Endure and Overcome

God’s strength isn’t just for the hard times. He wants you to live each day with courage and hope. “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint” (Isaiah 40:31, ESV).

No matter how weak you feel, you are never alone. The Holy Spirit intercedes for you, praying even when you can’t find the words (Romans 8:26-28, NKJV). In every trial and every triumph, God is your faithful helper.
